IOS
IOS is the party island of island hopping. A classier version of Zante and popular end of school party location in Greece. IOS is full of far more bars and instead of a strip its kind of like Mykonos lanes but with lanes of clubs and bars! Some clubs you do have to pay entry for so is probably a bit pricer than the other party islands however drinks are pretty cheap so not too bad!
Where to stay:
Far out beach club (need to book early) they have club nights and day parties.
Princess Sissy (reasonably social but depends who you get a room with definitely recommend dorms and they pick you up for free from the ferry!!)
What to do:
- Go out, Circus bar had really good espresso martinis for cheap and was fun!
- Manganari beach (BEAUTIFUL!).
- Never bay - (photo on the right)You can ask for a speedboat to take you to never bay for 50 Euros or if you quad bike you can find it yourself (but make sure you research it well as its hard to find). Never bay is incredible but the sea can change so quickly and become really rough so BE careful (definitely not for kids) also a local said there are frequent accidents from cliff jumping so be safe and don't, even though a lot of people do.
- Go to far out beach club (there are like 3 club nights a week so research which ones you want to go to. The day parties end at like 11 and make sure you leave EARLY if you want to get the last bus into towns its always packed. Entry is 5 Euros before a certain time and then 15 Euros after I accidentally ended up paying 15 so look it up!
- Pathos club and Restaurant, come here for sunset it is one of the most amazing views ever and also funny to laugh at all the people getting instas (I did give in- photo below...I'm sorry!).
